I was looking forward to this stay. However, the front desk clerk was pleasant but did not have a name tag. She also did not treat me like a "Diamond" member: no water or snacks were offered - had to ask for the water after our long drive. Room was ok but was not handicap as had been requested and reserved. Breakfast was not being attended and by 9am there were only 2 old oranges (for fresh fruit), did not see a microwave to heat up the stale french toast pieces and one chocolate muffin was left and did not appear edible. When checking out, requested a paper copy of bill and noted that points and cash were used when I had requested to use my points only. Front desk person said she had no control over that issue. I asked what the Hotel does for Diamond members and she said they offer the special parking (3 spaces?), water and snacks. She clearly did not want to speak with me any further. I will not return to this Hotel - it does not reflect the Hilton spirit.
